  • CPA per lead = AUD $7,500 / 5 = AUD $1,500 CPA

But that’s the lead CPA. Then add:

  • Agency management (AUD $3,000/month)
  • Other marketing costs (email, content, etc.)
  • Inefficiency/waste

More realistic total CAC budget per lead: AUD $300–$500 (allocating a portion of total marketing budget to Google Ads)
